Romania - Ilinca feat. Alex Florea (Yodel it !)

Privée de finale au dernier moment l’année dernière, la Roumanie fait son retour au Concours Eurovision cette année.

Les mauvais souvenirs semblent donc avoir été effacés.

La télévision nationale (TVR) a reçu plus de 80 propositions afin de trouver qui représentera le pays à Kiev.

C’est finalement 15 chansons qui ont été retenues et présentées au public Roumain lors de la demi-finale qui s’est déroulée le 26 février dernier.

Cinq chansons ont été éliminées par le jury professionnel.

Parmi les10  finalistes restants, nous retrouvons un visage connu, Mihai Trăistariu, il avait obtenu une excellente 4^ème place en 2006 avec sa chanson « Tornerò ».

Lors de la demi-finale, les 3 chansons ayant obtenu le plus de votes sont :

• Ilinca feat. Alex Florea : Yodelit !
• Xandra : Walk on by
• Mihai : I won’t Surrender

Nous avons aussi pu entendre durant cette soirée les candidats pour la Suisse, l’Espagne et la Moldavie qui interprétaient leur chanson pour l’Eurovision en tant qu’invités.

Le gagnant a été choisi par les seuls votes du public.

C’est Ilinca feat. Alex Florea qui représentera la Roumanie lors du 62^ème Concours Eurovision avec la chanson «Yodel it! ».

Deprived of final at the last moment last year, Romania makes its comeback in Eurovision Song Contest this year.

Bad memories seem to be far away.

The national television company  (TVR) received more than 80 propositions in order to find who would represent the country in Kiev.

Finally, 15 songs were chosen and presented to the Romanian audience during the semi-final which took place on February 26^th.

Five songs have been deleted by the professional jury.

Among the 10 remaining songs, we can find a well-known face, Mihai Trăistariu, he grabbed an excellent 4^th place in 2006 with his song « Tornerò ».

During the semi-final, the 3 songs which got the highest number of votes are :

• Ilinca feat. Alex Florea : Yodelit !
• Xandra : Walk on by
• Mihai : I won’t Surrender

During the show, we also listened to the candidates for Switzerland, Spain and Moldova who performed their Eurovision songs as guests.

The winner has been chosen through the votes of the audience only.

It’s Ilinca feat. Alex Florea who will represent Romania during the 62^nd Eurovision Song Contest with «Yodel it! ».
